1. Orders & Payments

• All orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• Prices listed on our website are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
   

2. Shipping

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

• Delivery usually takes 6–7 business days across India.

• Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or festive rush.
   

3. Returns & Refunds

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims.

• Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or wrong.

• Damage/defect returns are free of charge.

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
   

4. Product Information

• All Ray Ted products are made-to-order; slight variations may occur.

• Colors and prints may appear slightly different due to screen settings.
   

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Ray Ted is not responsible for delays/losses due to incorrect addresses.

• Customers are responsible for maintaining the unboxing video if return is required.
   

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and content on Ray Ted are the intellectual property of Ray Ted and may not be used without permission.
   

7. Limitation of Liability

• Ray Ted is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
   

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
